Headhunter on saksalainen thrash metal -yhtye, jonka on perustanut Destruction-yhtyeen laulaja Schmier vuonna 1989. Aluksi yhtyeen rumpalina oli Alex Holzwarth. Holzwarth erotettiin kuitenkin ennen ensimmäistä albumia Parody of Life. Headhunter hajosi kolmannen levyn jälkeen, mutta teki vuonna 2008 paluun levyllä Parasite of Society. Headhunter yhdistelee monia metalli-genren alalajeja, ja tämän vuoksi voidaan sanoa Headhunterin soittavan progressiivistä metallia.

Yhtyeen ensimmäinen levy Parody Of Life julkaistiin vuonna 1990. Toinen levy, A Bizarre Gardening Accident, julkaistiin vuonna 1992; se on yhtyeen levyistä progressiivisin. Kolmannen levyn, Rebirthin, jälkeen yhtye hajosi. Neljäs levy, Parasite of Society, on yhtyeen vahvimmin power metal -vaikutteita sisältävä albumi, mutta albumilla on myös vanhan Headhunterin tyylistä riffittelyä. Se sai hyvän vastaanoton yhtyeen ihailijoiden keskuudessa. Levy sisältää kaksi cover-kappaletta 18 and Life (Skid Row) ja Rapid Fire (Judas Priest).


"Parody of Life" on ensimmäinen Headhunterin kappale. Sen ja "Crack Brainedin" sanat oli alun perin kirjoitettu Destruction-yhtyeelle. Kun Schmier erotettiin Destructionista, hän käytti sanoja Headhunterin kappaleisiin. Yhtyeen jokaisen levyn alussa on jokin humoristinen intro-kappale. Vuonna 2007 on julkaistu uudelleen remasteroidut versiot levyistä Parody of Life, A Bizarre Gardening Accident ja Rebirth. Destruction-yhtyeen levy Cracked Brain on julkaistu samana vuonna kuin Parody of Life. Parody of Lifen viimeisen kappaleen "Trapped In Reality" lopussa voi kuulla "My Sharona" -kappaleen introa. Destructionin levy Cracked Brain sisältää coverin kappaleesta "My Sharona".

PallopelitLeikit pallolla Aasi on yksinkertainen pallolla pelattava pallopeli, joka toimii lasten ja nuorten ajanvietteenä. Peliin tarvitaan pallo ja kolme pelaajaa. Kaksi pelaajaa ovat kaukana toisistaan (noin 10m) ja kolmas pelaaja on heidän keskellään. Kaukaisimmat pelaajat heittelevät palloa keskenään, ja keskimmäinen pelaaja, aasi, yrittää siepata pallon itselleen. Jos aasi saa pallon kiinni, hän pääsee sen pelaajan paikalle joka heitti pallon.
