Rock 'n' Roll on John Lennonin vuonna 1975 julkaistu albumi. Se on poikkeuksellinen levy Lennonin soolotuotannossa, sillä se ei sisällä lainkaan Lennonin omia lauluja, vaan coverversioita 1950-luvun rock'n'roll-klassikoista. Levyn kannessa on mustavalkoinen kuva 15-vuotiaasta Lennonista vuonna 1955.


Kun levyä ryhdyttiin tekemään tuottajana toimi Phil Spector, joka kuitenkin katosi omille teilleen kesken levytyssessioiden. Lennon ryhtyi tekemään albumia Wall and Bridges, jonka valmistuttua hän palasi takaisin vanhojen rock-klassikoiden pariin. Lennon kävi läpi nauhoitukset, jotka oli tehty Spectorin johdolla ja huomasi niiden olevan suurimmaksi osaksi heikkotasoisia johtuen ennen kaikkea siitä, että levytysstudiossa kaikki olivat olleet usein juovuksissa. Lennon kokosi nopeasti uuden yhtyeen ja levytti sen kanssa yhdeksän vanhaa klassikkobiisiä. Sen jälkeen hän paranteli muutamaa aiempien sessioiden aikana levytettyä laulua ja albumi oli valmis.


Rock 'n' Roll -albumilta julkaistiin single Stand By Me, joka menestyi hyvin, kuten itse albumikin. Tämän albumin jälkeen Lennon jäi levytys- ja esiintymistauolle, jota kesti viisi vuotta.


Rock 'n' Roll -albumin levytyssessioiden ylijääneistä kappaleista kolme julkaistiin myöhemmin albumilla Menlove Avenue. Ne julkaistiin myös bonuskappaleina Rock 'n' roll -albumin CD-versiolla 2004. Kappeleet ovat "Angel Baby", "To Know Her is to Love Her" ja "Since My Baby Left Me".


Vuoden 2004 CD-versiossa kuullaan myös aiemmin julkaisematon pätkä kappaleesta "Just Because", jossa Lennon lähettää terveisiä "kaikille kotiin Englantiin" ja mainitsee erikseen nimeltä Ringon, Paulin ja Georgen.

PallopelitLeikit pallolla Aasi on yksinkertainen pallolla pelattava pallopeli, joka toimii lasten ja nuorten ajanvietteenä. Peliin tarvitaan pallo ja kolme pelaajaa. Kaksi pelaajaa ovat kaukana toisistaan (noin 10m) ja kolmas pelaaja on heidän keskellään.
