David Geringas (s. 1946, Vilna) on liettualainen sellisti ja kapellimestari. Hän opiskeli Mstislav Rostropovitšin johdolla ja on soittanut muiden muassa Lontoon filharmonikkojen, Chicagon sinfoniaorkesterin, NHK Symphony Tokyon ja Israelin filharmonikkojen kanssa.


Geringas pääsi Moskovan konservatorioon vuonna 1963. Hän voitti vuonna 1970 Moskovassa järjestetyn Kansainvälisen Tšaikovski-kilpailun. Vuonna 1975 hän muutti Saksaan. Hän toimii nykyään professorina Lyypekin musiikkikorkeakoulussa.


Geringas soittaa 1700-luvun guadagninillä. Hän on tehnyt yli 30 levytystä.

PallopelitLeikit pallolla Aasi on yksinkertainen pallolla pelattava pallopeli, joka toimii lasten ja nuorten ajanvietteenä. Peliin tarvitaan pallo ja kolme pelaajaa. Kaksi pelaajaa ovat kaukana toisistaan (noin 10m) ja kolmas pelaaja on heidän keskellään. Kaukaisimmat pelaajat heittelevät palloa keskenään, ja keskimmäinen pelaaja, aasi, yrittää siepata pallon itselleen. Jos aasi saa pallon kiinni, hän pääsee sen pelaajan paikalle joka heitti pallon.
