Kansan Lehti oli Michiganin Ironwoodissa vuosina 1903–1904 ilmestynyt amerikansuomalainen sanomalehti.


Vastikään perustettu amerikansuomalainen Kansalliskirkko julkaisi vuodesta 1901 lähtien uskonnollista viikkolehteä Todistusten Joukko, jonka rinnalle perustettiin pian myös lastenlehti Lasten Ystävä. Kirkkokunta osti niitä varten Ironwoodista kirjapainon, joka helmikuussa 1903 alkoi julkaista Kansan Lehti -nimistä viikoittaista uutislehteä. Sen toimittajina työskentelivät myöhemmin kirjailijana tunnetuksi tullut Aku Päiviö ja E. Kristianson. Kannattamattomana lakanneen lehden tilalle perustettiin vuoden 1906 alussa Auttaja.[1][2]
