prnt.sc/m8qpkd, Just download module and upload in /app/code folder and apply command :- php bin/magento setup:upgrade, php bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy -f

If you were unable to find a free extension to disable a customer on your storefront, You can use a module Disable Customer developed by "STee Extensions" to easily deactivate a customer access on the frontend website, and ofcourse you can always reactivate them. Once deactivated, no data will be erased from the customer account.
