Leivinuunirahat[1] eli leivinuunirahavero[2] oli Ruotsissa ja Suomessa 1622–1747 käytössä ollut vero. Leivinuunirahoja suoritettiin kaupungeissa oikeudesta käyttää leivinuunia. Sitä joutui maksamaan jokainen talous, mutta sen suuruus vaihteli säädyn ja varallisuuden perusteella määrätyn taksan mukaan. Kun leivinuunirahat poistettiin 1747, niiden sijaan alettiin samana vuonna kantaa kotitarveaksiisia, jota joutui maksamaan kaupunkeihin tuodusta viljasta.[1]Eino E. Suolahti mainitsee, että leivinuunirahat oli suoritettava kaupungissa olevien leivinuunien luvun perusteella. Vuonna 1624 helsinkiläiset maksoivat tätä veroa yhteensä 43 talaria ja porvoolaiset 70 talaria.[3]
