You're My Best Friend on Queenin vuonna 1975 levyttämä ja vuonna 1976 julkaisema single. Kappale löytyy albumilta A Night at the Opera (1975).

Kappale ”'39” ilmestyi ”You're My Best Friend” -singlen b-puolena. Se löytyy ”You're My Best Friendin” tavoin albumilta A Night at the Opera. ”'39”:n sävelsi kitaristi Brian May, joka myös lauloi kappaleen. Basisti John Deacon soittaa kappaleella kontrabassoa.
