Valmistus |


Alus tilattiin Motalan telakalta ja se laskettiin vesille vuonna 1856. Alus otettiin palveluksen vielä samana vuonna 27. lokakuuta. Puusta ja teräksestä valmistettu alus oli varustettu kahdella mastolla, joihin oli mahdollista nostaa 279 neliömetrin purjeet.[1]



Palvelus |


Vuosina 1866-1867 aluksen pääaseet korvattiin yhdellä 96 millimetrin tykillä ja lisäksi mastot poistettiin. Muutostöiden jälkeen alus luokiteltiin tykkiskuunertiksi ja sen miehistön tarve laski 31:een. Alus poistettiin palveluksesta 19. maaliskuuta 1886, minkä jälkeen sitä käytettiin vartio- ja kuljetusaluksena.
