Only happening for the "New Order" email. I can see in the local /var/log/mail.log file that it's being sent via sendmail instead of the SMTP service provided by the excellent ASchroder SMTP plugin.
I have Mailchimp from Ebizmarts and even this this is disabled, my suspicion is that it's causing this issue.
Could anyone give me some pointers how to work out which plugin is clashing?
