Brendon Dedekind (14. helmikuuta 1976 Pietermaritzburg) on eteläafrikkalainen entinen uimari ja MM-mitalisti.[1] Dedekind voitti Ateenan lyhyen radan MM-kilpailuista 2000 hopeaa 50 metrin vapaauinnista sekä rintauinnista. Dedekind voitti urallaan myös yhden kullan Tyynenmeren mestaruuskilpailuista. Lisäksi hän edusti kotimaataan kaksissa olympialaisissa, vuosina 1996 ja 2000, ilman suurempaa menestystä.[1]


Dedekind edusti uintiurallaan seuratasolla Pietermaritzburg Seals -uimaseuraa.[1]
