Martti Kerkkonen vuonna 1967.


Martti Aatto Olavi Kerkkonen (13. syyskuuta 1905 Liminka – 28. helmikuuta 1990[1]Helsinki[2]) oli suomalainen historiantutkija.[3] Hän oli Valtionarkiston arkistoneuvos 1952–1967, valtionarkistonhoitaja professorin arvolla 1967–1970.[4] Hän tutki Pietari Kalmin vaiheita.[5]


Martti Kerkkosen vanhemmat olivat kouluneuvos Kaarlo Kerkkonen ja Anni Kulta Sofia Krank. Hänen vanhempi veljensä oli yliopettaja Veikko Kerkkonen.[3]
