Emilio Gino Segrè (1. helmikuuta 1905 – 22. huhtikuuta 1989) oli italialaissyntyinen yhdysvaltalainen fyysikko. Hän sai Owen Chamberlainin kanssa vuonna 1959 Nobelin fysiikanpalkinnon antiprotonin löytämisestä.


Segrè väitteli vuonna 1928 Enrico Fermin ohjauksessa. Juutalaisena hän pakeni fasisteja Yhdysvaltoihin ja työskenteli Kalifornian yliopiston Berkeleyn kampuksella säteilylaboratoriossa sekä Manhattan-projektissa ryhmäpäällikkönä.[1]
